What’s in a name? Why we use the term E-LIQUID and what it means The term “liquid” was initially associated with an electronic cigarette that contained liquid. It stuck fast and hard. E-liquid has been referred to by dozens of different names, including vape juice, juice or just fluid. Whatever you call it, you will remember the Dinner Lady e-liquid for its premium quality and incredible taste.

Lemon Tart, our signature flavour, has been awarded over 40 international awards for its authentic taste. We can’t reveal top-secret details, but we can say that our liquids are made from PG, VG, and only the best food-grade flavours.
FLAVOUR OR VAPOR? It’s ALL ABOUT RATIO E-liquids are made up of four components: vegetable glycerine, propylene glycol, food-grade flavourings, and Nicotine. The VG liquid is thick and syrupy, producing a lot of vapour when heated. This gives it a smoke-like sensation when exhaled. PG has a lower viscosity and is, therefore, a good medium to carry flavour compounds. It also provides smoked-like effects at the back.
THE NICOTINE DILEMMA
Although Nicotine is the primary reason that people vape instead of using traditional tobacco products, all liquids do not contain the same kind of Nicotine. There are two ways to produce pure Nicotine.
Freebase nicotine was the first method of nicotine production and is widely used today. Second, nicotine salts are a more recent innovation that has some advantages over freebase. The main one is that they feel like smoking because of the strength of Nicotine and the fact that the compound is able to enter the bloodstream quickly.
How long does a bottle of E-Liquid last?
The length of time that a bottle of E-liquid lasts depends on many factors, including frequency of use and device type. One 10ml bottle is equal to 100 tobacco cigarettes, and it can last up to a week.
What is the best liquid for me?
Nic Sals Nicotine Salts are the same Nicotine found in tobacco. They can be used as a nicotine replacement and are often considered a smoother, more intense vape that has a longer-lasting hit. Most mods and vapes can be used with Nic Salts. Shortfill Our Shortfills, also known as Cloud-Chasing Juices, contain 70% VG and 30 % PG, which creates dense, impressive clouds with a rich flavour. Dinner Lady Shortfills are 60ml bottles of 50ml nicotine-free e-liquid. Vapers can add a nicotine shot for their own Shake & Vape formula.
Nicotine Shots Dinner Lady Nicotine Shots can be added to any of our Shake and Vape ranges (Shortfill). The 10ml Nicotine Shots are 18mg freebase nicotine. When added to the Shortfill bottles, they create a 60ml vape juice of 3mg, 30:70 (PG/VG).
High VG – 30:70 These e-liquids are similar to Shortfills in that they contain a high VG content and produce impressive clouds. Dinner Lady liquids come in 3mg or 6mg nicotine strengths, unlike Shortfills. 50:50 e-liquid The 50:50 blend of VG/PG e-liquids provides a balanced flavour delivery as well as vapour production. Dinner Lady 50/50 liquids can be used with a variety of devices and give an MTL (mouth-to-lung) or DTL (direct-to-lung) inhalation. 50:50 liquids come in different flavours and have four nicotine strengths.
Concentrates Dinner Lady, despite being the leader in the market for creating realistic flavours, understands that some vapers enjoy experimenting. The Concentrates are ideal for vapers who like to experiment with their flavour combinations. Concentrate liquids are made from 100% PG and serve as a base for creating unique flavour combinations. What nicotine strength should I buy?
3mg Dinner Lady liquids contain the lowest possible level of Nicotine. This is the perfect option to help you quit smoking or for light smokers.
6mg For smokers who smoke around 10 cigarettes per day
10mg. This strength is only available in Nicotine Salts and is designed for heavy smokers. Nicotine enters your bloodstream the same way as smoking a cigarette.
12mg This is a good amount to keep away the cravings while getting used to vaping. This amount is enough to satisfy your cravings and get used to vaping.
18mg – Our highest level of Nicotine for smokers who smoke more than a pack of cigarettes per day
- 20mg. This strength is only available in Nicotine salts and is intended for heavy smokers. Start with 20mg, and reduce the strength as necessary.
